Our goal is to become a prime performer, in providing quality graphic designing, online/offline marketing and printing solutions in the competitive global marketplace. We guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back. There is a 40% administration fee for all the refunds.

The refund policy will not take effect:

  1. If you purchased a “Special Package”.
  2. If you have approved your design or any other service. Or we have submitted 2 revised options for any project.
  3. If work was commenced on one of your samples and 2 or more design or any other service changes were made on your request.
  4. If the party for whom the design or any other service is being designed for closes, or changes its name, or changes its line of business.
  5. If the project was cancelled for reason(s) unrelated to the design or any other service of Required Marketing Group Inc.
  6. If you do not communicate with Required Marketing Group Inc. for more than 3 months following the submission of the design or any other service.

Required Marketing Group Inc. reserve the right for refund of any project for designing, marketing and printing and will be in accordance to the utilized working hours and resources.

The refund is limited to the value of the original order. We are not responsible for any other damages and claims of any kind incurred by you or your business caused by receiving the project / order later than the estimated delivery date.

Any Refund Does Not Cover The Shipping Charges Or Postal Charges Or Associated Incidental Or Consequential Damages Or Claims. Required Marketing Group Inc. Is Not Liable For Any Of Those.

Turnaround time:

We can only work as fast as client allows us; turnaround time is client dependent. If contents are provided sooner, initial and ongoing instructions are clear, revisions requested are reasonable; turnaround time is usually very less. On the other hand it could drastically increase due to client in-action, delayed mockup approval; back and forth change requests etc. 95% of our customers have not bought our express service and still have experienced a great turnaround time. The turnaround times that we give are based on actual statistics of jobs we have done in the past and are not guaranteed.

Third party links

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

We do not provide services related with pornography.

Required Marketing Group Inc. reserves the right to discard any term without prior notice. For further information on any of our terms and conditions, please feel free to contact us.

How the money will be transferred?

If you have paid using your credit card; the money will be transferred back to your credit card account. It may take up to 9 business days before the money appears in your account.

In the course of the project, Required Marketing Group Inc. will remain in contact with the client regarding edits, revisions and scheduling. If the client fails to provide necessary feedback to Required Marketing Group Inc. regarding any edits and/or revisions within 28 days, the project could be subjected to removal from our servers and placement in our stale dated database. Any stale dated project is subject to a $75 (USD) reactivation and un-archiving fee. This fee is at the sole discretion of Required Marketing Group Inc.

If the client fails to communicate with Required Marketing Group Inc. regarding any initiated project for a period of more than 90 days, such project will be discarded, and any retainers or deposits shall be applied as a kill-fee as outlined elsewhere in this document. No further edits, revisions, file transmission or online image storage will be undertaken by Required Marketing Group Inc. after that date. Further, activation of this project will be subjected to new project activation, submission, retainers and deposits as outlined in our current pricing schedules, unless specifically waived, in writing by an authorized representative of Required Marketing Group Inc.
All artwork, designs, edits, revisions and work product created in the project (other than the final design accepted by the client as being the subject of this agreement) remain the exclusive copyright and intellectual property of Required Marketing Group Inc. Any use of this work by the client and/or their assigns is strictly prohibited without prior written by Required Marketing Group Inc. We always try to use free images for our each design but sometimes we need to use licensed images to make the design more appealing and attractive, so it is clients’ responsibility to purchase those images from the stock photography website because we cannot buy costly images if we’re only charging $27 for the static header as well as the same applies to website and other services, we offer. Required Marketing Group Inc. will not be responsible for any copyright issue customer faced from the image source company.

In the event that Customer is not one hundred percent (100%) satisfied with the Service’s Required Marketing Group Inc. provided. We at Required Marketing Group Inc. want satisfied customers and therefore offer a satisfaction guarantee! We go to great lengths to assure that you as a customer will always feel secure about our competence, services, delivery and quality. If you are not satisfied, you can contact Required Marketing Group Inc. Within 90 days, and we will take care of the rest. We always offer free corrections and if we do not agree after this, you will get the money for the service back.
